However wewould like to offer you a compliment extra day activity if you apply through ReVibe. We value the cultural experience, not just only for visiting touristic places, and we would like you to have an experience to interact with locals, learn about Japan and practice Japanese in various ways.

WHY FUKUOKA?
Fukuoka City lies on the northern coast of Kyushu, the southernmost of the four main islands of Japan. The population of the city is approximately 1.4 million people, making it the 8th largest city in Japan. Fukuoka is the economic, administrative and cultural center of the island of Kyushu.
Because of its proximity to the Asian continent, Fukuoka and surrounding area developed as an international hub port for trades and human exchange. These history makes Fukuoka as a unique city, mix of modern, historical and international city.
Fukuoka has a good balance between City life and Country life. Easy access to the beach and mountains, as well as You can enjoy the fresh seafood from the Genkai sea. It is also known for a foodie city - Tonkotsu Ramen, Mizutaki (Hot pot dish of Fukuoka with boiled chicken), Fugu (Blowfish) Cuisine, the local yatai food(street strolls), along with bars and restaurants.
Fukuoka holds many festivals and events each year. Visitors are sure to be greeted with warm hospitality by these festival-loving people. Biggest Festival is " Hakata Gion Yamakasa Festival" in July which has 760 years of history.
Mixed with Tradition and Modern Culture, City life and Country life, Experience fresh Japanese Food, Fukuoka offers you a varieties of experience rather than a bigger city like Tokyo or Osaka.

STANDARD JAPANESE
For people who need to be able to communicate in Japanese, this course offers a heavy emphasis on real-life skills.
Learning Japanese just by reading textbooks and listening to tapes doesn't make you a Japanese language speaker. You will learn common sentence patterns and vocabulary with your teacher, then use them in practical situations both inside and outside of the classroom. Our course offers a full range of activities that you will find both useful and exciting.
Schedule:
20 classes per week (10 grammar and 10 of 4-skills application classes)
Course available:
Year-round, starting every Monday (for complete beginners: first Monday of every month and third Mondays in June, July and August)

JAPANESE＋CONVERSATION
This course builds on the standard course by adding five extra small-group conversational Japanese lesson per week. These lessons focus on some of the interesting aspects of conversational Japanese that it can be hard to cover in the standard classes, such as slang, dialects, specialized vocabulary, and more.
Not available to beginner students.
Schedule:
20 classes per week (10 grammar and 10 of 4-skills application classes) and 5 conversation classes per week.

Year-round, starting every Monday (for complete beginners: first Monday of every month and third Mondays in June, July and August)

JAPANESE＋POP CULTURE
This course gives you the chance to experience the best of modern Japanese culture, whether it's creating your own manga, trying your hand at cosplay, or visiting a maid cafe!
Maximum length of course: 5 weeks

JAPANESE＋TRADITIONAL CULTURE
Are you interested in Japanese culture? This course offers you the opportunity to learn about the culture while learning the language, and the chance to participate in it with other Japanese people.
You will study topics such as ceramics, tea ceremony, calligraphy, and flower arrangement at school, and then join real lessons run for Japanese people with a specialist teacher, as well as learning about Japanese customs, history, and art.
We guarantee that you will have a great experience! Maximum length of course: 5 weeks.
